“Fiery Independence”- This is a day lily that my mother planted a couple of years ago. She had placed it in our front yard but for some reason it grew on the other side of the fence in our backyard. It did not want to be among the others that look identical. It’s beautiful orange petals thrive the most during the summer eason.
