This year, I grew potatoes by myself for the first time—specifically, the red and blue varieties. I expected to get roughly an equal number of both, but my plants yielded more reds instead. It was a fun and exciting learning experience to watch the plants grow every day until they were ready to be harvested. - Mango Tree
